Refund or Exchange
You can return goods free of charge for any reason in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided a proof of purchase is given (in the form of order or till receipt). We do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase date. We will issue a refund on receipt of the product(s), excluding any postage costs, or exchange the item for a different style/colour if preferred.
HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Here at Lusso Babies, we believe in who we are and what we make. As you’d expect, we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every bag we produce. To make sure you can have total peace of mind though, we warranty all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.*
If the item is defective you should email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what the issue is. Make sure you include your name and address so we can track your order and we will aim to get back to you with a suitable solution within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund a defective item if you don’t have proof of purchase or the bag wasn’t bought from an approved stockist (eBay is not an approved stockist).† When we respond to your email we will advise you on the returns procedure
*Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.).
Here at Lusso Store, we believe in all of our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are.
Our products are covered by 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear. For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs will be paid for by Lusso Babies provided a proof of purchase can be shown.
